Knight raced out of his twoleg nest, letting the early morning sun soak into his fur. "Leo? You there?" he called to his brother.

"Yeah, what took you so long?" Leo asked, stepping out from behind a bush.

Knight shrugged. "She wouldn't let me out."

Pepperpaw travels around the two-leg place. She had told Hollowstar that she was going hunting. She was getting better at sneeking off to visit her two-legs. She had done it three times so far without getting caught. After visiting her two-leg nest she decided to find out who the new neighbors where.

The orange furred apprentice hops onto the fence and peers into the yard looking at the kitty-pets.

"If the guys saw me, they'd tease me." Leo sighed. Knight smirked. "It's not all that bad being a kittypet." he mewed. "Sure. Looks like you're tiny neighbor is snooping around your fence." Leo whispered, nodding toward Pepperpaw. Knight looked at the orange she-cat. "Hello." he called, smiling. Leo rolled his eyes.

Pepperpaw hops down not waiting for an invite and pads over. She lifts her paw and waves hearing the word Hello, she performs a two-leg trick. "Hi" she replies putting her paw back down and sniffs at his scent.

"I'm Knight and he's my brother Leo. Despite his sharp tongue, he's actually a good cat." Knight mewed. "Whatever, I can introduce myself, Knight." Leo growled.

Pepperpaw looks at the two brothers she flicks her tail through the grass. "Nice to meet you knight and Leo" she smiles showing of her white teeth. "I'm Pepper" she replies in her soft voice.

"Pepper...what kinda pepper?" Leo asked, obviously teasing. Knight cuffed Leo over the head. "Don't be so rude." he hissed. Leo shrugged.

Pepper smiles "A Duskclan Pepper" she answers.

"DuskClan? What is that?" Knight asked. "Who cares?" Leo mewed. Knight glared at Leo. Leo just shrugged again.

"My Clan, thats where I live" she says laying down in the grass. "My mom is the leader"

"What's a Clan?" Knight asked. Leo sighed. "You ask too many questions, Knight."

"Its a group of wild cats that live in the forest" she says rolling onto her back pawing at the sky.

"Sounds boring." Leo mewed. Knight slapped Leo with his tail. "It sounds cool to me." he mewed. "Whatever. And if you slap me again, I'll claw you to shreds." Leo growled.

Pepperpaw sits up watching the two brothers fight. "You guys are funny"

"And you're annoying you snotty kit." Leo growled. "Don't mind him, he's just a cranky old tom." Knight mewed, glaring at Leo.

"I'm not a kit" Pepper frowned "i'm an apprentice"

"Hmph, you don't look like one. You're just a little runt that gets into cats' fur." Leo sneered. He wasn't a bad cat, he just wasn't good at socializing. Knight scratched his brother's muscular shoulder. "Be nice. This could be your chance to make at least one friend." Knight hissed. Leo growled and bit his brother's ears yanking it hard. "I told you not to touch me again." his snarled.

(FFF Hollow should do something about this but she isnt supposed to know shes here D:)

Pepper frowns and looks at her paws uncomfortably. "that not nice."

(PFFF SO nice. Hollow might have to come along and stop this XD but im tired of being accused of spending too much time in Twolegplace)

"He didn't mean it, Pepperpaw. He's a good cat that's bad at saying what he truly thinks." Knight mewed.

Pepperpaw pushes some dirt around "oh" she says softly still looking at the floor.

Leo snorted. "Don't apologize for me, Knight." he mewed irritably.
